Forged for one. If we get it wrong, we fix it free. If the fit is wrong, we exchange it once, free.
If anything arrives wrong, we replace it free, always. Email Contact@WEARKUROGANE.SHOP within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will forge a replacement at no cost to you, and in cases where a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
One free size exchange per order
1. Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need.
2. Mail the original back unworn and unwashed. Return postage is on you.
3. The moment your return tracking goes active, we forge your new size and ship it free.
Every KUROGANE piece is forged to order for the person who claims it. Because your piece is made specifically for you, we do not accept change-of-mind returns, and orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Refunds, when applicable, are issued to the original payment method and appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
