Refund policy

All sales are final. Every KUROGANE piece is printed to order — forged for you when you order it. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering errors.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will make it right at no cost. Email Contact@WEARKUROGANE.SHOP within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Wrong item received. If you received a different design or size than you ordered, contact us within 30 days and we will ship the correct item free of charge.
Sizing. Our tees run small — size up 1–2 for the intended oversized fit. Check the size guide on every product page before ordering; size-choice returns cannot be accepted on printed-to-order garments.
