Shipping policy

All KUROGANE pieces are printed to order. Production takes 2–5 business days before shipment. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping is a flat $8 per order, and orders of $120 or more ship free. Every order includes tracking. Delivery typically takes 4–8 business days after production.

These timelines are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays can occur. If your tracking has not updated for 10+ business days, email Contact@WEARKUROGANE.SHOP with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
