KUROGANE · Shipping Policy
Nothing sits on a shelf. Your piece is forged when you claim it, then shipped to your door with tracking.
Every KUROGANE piece is made to order. When you place an order, your piece enters the forge and is made for you, which takes 2 to 5 business days. It then ships with tracking, and delivery typically takes another 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping is a flat $8 per order, always tracked, no minimums and no surprises at checkout.
Need to change your size or shipping address? Email Contact@WEARKUROGANE.SHOP as soon as possible with your order number. We can update anything up until your piece enters production. Once it has shipped, the address can no longer be changed.
If your package is marked delivered but has not arrived, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days and we will help track it down.
If a package arrives damaged, email us photos of the package and the item within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right.
